About me

About me

I offer counselling and psychotherapy in Esher and online.

I am experienced in talking with people who have anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, illness, anger, loneliness, feelings of loss, emptiness, relationship and family concerns, stress, loss of direction or meaning.

I work in person in Esher, Surrey and I offer face to face sessions online via Zoom.

I am trained in transactional analysis, which includes cognitive behavioural, integrative and psychodynamic approaches.

Can I help?

I offer a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space where difficulties, feelings and concerns can be talked about and better understood.

Sessions take place weekly and may be short-term with a specific focus or goal or longer-term.

Psychotherapy looks at the underlying causes of feelings and emotional and behavioural concerns, which have often been present for a long time and which can often stem from unresolved issues in childhood. Patterns tend to be repeated, often without awareness and feelings are not understood or resolved.

I work with you to understand your feelings and concerns and explore ways of being that might be more fulfilling and satisfying.

If you think psychotherapy or counselling may be of benefit to you, please contact me to make an appointment for an initial consultation.
