Julia Normington BA, Grad. Dip. Clinical Psychotherapeutic Counselling, BACP
I am a qualified Transactional Analysis Psychotherapeutic Counsellor.
Most people at some time in their lives experience painful and challenging emotions that can be difficult to make sense of. It can help to find professional support to work through the problems and feelings you are facing.
Counselling is different to talking to family and friends and this process can help you speak more safely and honestly about your concerns. It is important to work with someone you feel you can trust and feel comfortable with. I work in confidence and non-judgementally with you to explore your thoughts and feelings and ways you might feel stuck or conflicted.
People I work with often want to live more as themselves and feel more fulfilled in their lives and counselling can help with this by developing understanding and skills to reflect and make the changes you might want.
I work with adults and offer counselling for anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, bereavement, transitions, post-natal depression, low self-esteem and eating disorders.
I offer short-term and open-ended therapy.
You can contact me on 07399 019033 for a confidential discussion and more information or email me: firstname.lastname@example.org.
