About me

Professionally qualified psychotherapist: BA, MSc, CTA, Dip. Psy. Counselling.  UKCP Registered.

You may be feeling anxious, withdrawn, depressed, sad, hopeless, behaving and thinking obsessively, struggling with relationships, difficult and unresolved issues from the past. It can help to find professional support to understand and make sense your concerns.

I offer an initial free 15 minute phone call with no obligation.

I work non-judgementally and confidentially with you to hear your story and clarify your concerns. Therapy is different to talking to family and friends and feeling comfortable with your therapist may help you speak more honestly and safely about your thoughts, feelings and ways of managing that might concern you.

People I work with often want to live more as themselves, with more meaning and understanding of who they are and what is important to them, but conflicts and repeated daily struggles can make it difficult to know what you might be looking for and how to make changes. The process of talking confidentially about what concerns you can help with anxious feelings, depression, obsessive thoughts and behaviours, stress, improving self-esteem and self-worth and developing more satisfying relationships.

You may have a specific issue you want to resolve or you may wish to reflect on your life and relationships over a longer period of time.

You can contact me on 07399 019033 for a confidential discussion and more information or email me: julianormington70@gmail.com. You can also visit my website: www.julianormingtontherapy.com.
