Areas of counselling I deal with

Other areas of counselling I deal with

My specialist work with supporting people through grief and my own personal experience led me to writing my book, 'From Hole to Whole' Embracing the Transformational Power of Grief and Loss' became a best seller on Amazon.

I have also received incredible specialised expert training and worked within the charity sector both as a 1 to 1 volunteer counsellor for Dorset Action on Abuse, Poole and as a group support facilitator for Adult Survivors of Childhood Abuse. From these experiences I became a trustee and founder member of another charity supporting the Non – Abusive Parents and Carers of Children who have been abused.

Over the years my continued studies have led me to becoming qualified in a number of other methods of healing treatments including within the field of healing energy therapies to become both a Reiki Master and a fully trained and qualified EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) Practitioner. Together with my other therapeutic skills these enable me to offer you a truly holistic approach and service to you should you require it?
