About me

Depth Psychotherapy rooted in Shoreditch and Peckham. Exploring the unconscious and inner landscapes. I help people navigate the painful, messy, and often hidden parts of being human.

I provide a warm, confidential space for adults and couples from all walks of life. Together, we explore how early maps and inherited histories continue to shape your present. Whether you are navigating an immediate crisis or seeking a deeper sense of wholeness, I aim to provide a quiet vessel to sit with the unsaid, tend the unconscious, and awaken your own authority.

How I Work

There is a stereotype that therapists either sit in cold, silent detachment or offer passive, nod-and-validate comfort. My approach is neither.

I believe that true psychological growth requires an authentic human connection where we can explore your history, your fears, and the rich language of your dreams and personal symbols.

Working with Immediate Difficulties

While my primary home is in long-term depth work, I also provide focused, short- and medium-term therapy when a burden becomes too heavy to carry alone.

Our first step is always to create stability, relief, and practical clarity. We untangle the immediate weights of:

Anxiety & Panic
Relationship Struggles
Burnout & Work Exhaustion
Depression & Low Mood
Grief & Major Life Transitions

For some, short-term work is precisely what is needed to catch your breath and get back on your feet. For others this serves as the natural, unfolding doorway into deeper, lifelong patterns and lasting transformation.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
