About me

Hi, my name is Jonny, and I am a COSRT-registered therapist specialising in psychosexual and relationship issues. Embarking on a therapeutic journey can initially feel daunting, but it can become a life-changing and affirming experience. It is my job to provide a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space to explore whatever issue is troubling you, although engaging in therapy can be hugely beneficial even without a specific problem.

I have a strong interest in working with compulsive sexual behaviours and issues around erectile dysfunction, ejaculation disorders, painful sex and mismatched or low / no sexual desire both with individuals and relationships, be they ‘traditional’ or polyamorous / consensually non-monogamous. My relationship work is rooted in working with attachment difficulties, conflict resolution,  infidelity and communication problems, and I am passionate about Gender, Sex and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) and supporting our LGTBQIA+ community.

I practice an integrative and person-centred approach to therapy that reflects my training background and personal philosophy. I use a range of different approaches and techniques rather than subscribing to one specific modality; different approaches work for different people and issues, and all might have something useful to offer. The most important aspect is that we will work collaboratively to find the approach that best resonates with you.

Our aptitude for change never diminishes, and I firmly believe we can reinvent our lives with the right support. My own lived experience and journey through psychosexual, relationship and neurodivergent issues fuels the passion I have to work with those who need that support.
