About me

I work with adult clients both in person and online via Zoom. My work covers many client issues particularly anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, grief and bereavement and alcohol/substance addiction. Our sessions offer a safe, confidential and professional space for you to explore your reasons for working with a therapist and why you have sought help. I offer long and short term work, depending on what brings you to therapy and what you want to achieve.

My relationship with clients is a working alliance in which I am alongside you, as you work through your thoughts and feelings. I work very openly with my clients and have clear stated goals that we both understand and are working towards.

At the heart of my practice I offer a safe place for you to say the unsayable and think and feel differently and decide upon what changes you want to make to your life, without judgement or criticism. A place to test out your thinking and express your feelings and hear yourself say out loud what you really want to say, perhaps for the very first time.

I am a trained and qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapy Practitioner and I offer my Online practice throughout the UK. I am an accredited counsellor for Mind (mental health charity) in Sevenoaks, Kent from which a number of my clients are referred.

I have worked as a bereavement counsellor at The Martlets Hospice in Hove and St Catherine's Hospice, Crawley and have extensive experience in working with bereaved clients and those facing end of life. I have also worked as a Counsellor at the Heeler Centre, Hassocks, Sussex for around 3 years.

Our first session is for you to be check that you will feel comfortable with me and i t s also for me to be sure that I have the skills that you need in me and if not I will refer you to a colleague who I think may be able to meet you needs.

All sessions are £55 for 50 minutes
