About me
I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, Breathwork Coach and Co-Founder of Re-Younify.
I trained as an integrative psychotherapist in 2012, but over the years I realised that talk therapy alone wasn’t enough to truly support my clients. I began to see that how the body responds to life experiences can be just as important as the story being told. This insight led me to deepen my study of somatic approaches.
In 2023, alongside Fiona, I pursued further training, including a Level 2 Certification in Emotional Freedom Technique, a six-month programme applying Internal Family Systems (IFS) to relationships (Intimacy from the Inside Out), a comprehensive IFS course and most recently, I trained as a breathwork coach so that I could incorporate these modalities into my one-to-one sessions.
Today, I integrate breathwork, parts work therapy, and EFT into my therapy sessions to help clients regulate their nervous systems, enhance their emotional awareness, heal past pain, and process emotional triggers.
In our sessions, using the Integrated Self Framework, we work through present relationship and life struggles, helping you work through triggers and heal past pain so that you can build a stronger sense of self and show up more authentically in life and in your relationships.
If you’re ready to start your healing journey, I invite you to book an Introductory Session with me today!

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Additional information
My Integrative Psychotherapy Sessions are based on the Integrated Self Framework (ISF)— a body based somatic approach to therapy, designed to help you reconnect with your true-self, cultivate self-love and heal childhoods wounds so that you can deepen your understanding of yourself, find inner peace and improve your relationship with yourself and with others.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist and Breathwork Coach, I combine Breathwork practices with Psychotherapy (talk therapy), Parts Work Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique.
Combining Breathwork, Parts Work Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, and talk therapy creates a powerful, embodied approach to healing. This integrative method bypasses cognitive roadblocks, regulates the nervous system, and safely uncovers and processes deep-seated trauma.
How it works:
Introductory Session: Book onto an introductory session, in this session we’ll create a safe space for you to explore your hopes for therapy, discuss current life and relationship struggles, and examine how your early life has shaped your current experience. We will then look at how we can move forward together using the Integrated Self Framework.
Before Your First Session: You’ll receive an intake form, safety plan, and therapy agreement to complete beforehand. These steps help ensure your safety, comfort, and readiness as we begin our work together.
Next Steps: If you decide that you would like to work with me, you’ll have the opportunity to carry on with one-to-one sessions where we use the Integrated Self Framework to facilitate profound healing and lasting change.
