About me
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or simply like too much to carry alone. You might find it difficult to pause and really check in with yourself or put into words how you’re feeling.
Counselling offers a gentle space to slow down, be heard, and begin to make sense of your experiences. I provide a calm and supportive environment where you can be yourself without fear of judgement. This may include anxiety, grief, loss, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift.
Together, we can explore what matters most to you, moving at a pace that feels right and natural. You decide what you want to share and when you feel ready.
Our relationship is central to the work we do. Through trust and understanding, you may begin to find greater clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences.
I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and tailor our work to you. At times we may explore past experiences and patterns, while at other times we focus on what is happening in the present and what feels most important for you right now.
Training, qualifications & experience
I provide one-to-one counselling to adult clients and have experience supporting people with anxiety, life transitions, grief, loss and bereavement. Alongside my private practice, I volunteer with Cruse Bereavement Support (since 2024) and as a Listener with Samaritans (since 2022), supporting individuals through times of distress.
My background includes teaching, hospitality, and training and developing teams and managers, experiences that shaped my interest in supporting people and their personal growth. Moving to London in my early twenties helped me understand the challenges of navigating change, loneliness and finding your place in a new environment.

Further information
Through my work and training with Cruse Bereavement Support and my Professional Diploma in Working with Grief and Loss from KRD Training, I bring an informed and compassionate approach to supporting people experiencing grief, loss and bereavement.
Grief can affect people in many different ways and there is no “right” way to experience it. Grief can take many forms, whether through the loss of a partner, parent, family member or friend, or through other meaningful changes and endings in life.
Counselling can offer a space to talk, reflect, remember, and make sense of what you are going through at your own pace.
