About me

There are times we all need some support. Perhaps you are struggling, feeling stuck or feeling that something is out of balance in your life. Perhaps you have noticed difficult patterns and experiences in your relationships that you would like to address. You may wish to have a space to make sense of your wants, values and what brings you fulfilment. I offer a confidential, non-judgmental and reflective space in which we can reflect on your experiences, difficulties and needs, whichever they may be.

I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist with significant clinical experience in the NHS, private practice and specialist organisations. I provide psychodynamic short and long-term therapy. What this means is that I will support you to explore the links between early experiences and present difficulties, how past interpersonal experiences may be unconsciously repeated in the present, make sense of how your difficulties have emerged and are maintained, and think of a way forward. Sessions are tailored to your needs and aims for therapy.

Sessions can take place either face to face or online, via zoom or telephone. Face-to-face appointments take place at my office in Central London, on Nassau Street, near Goodge Street and Oxford Circus tube stations. I offer sessions in English and French.

If you would like to know more, please do get in touch by email or telephone. After contacting me, a free, remote initial appointment is usually booked during which we can discuss what brings you to therapy and your hopes or aims for therapy. It is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of me and to see if you would like us to work together.
