About me

My name is Johanna and I am a qualified counsellor.

I offer a confidential and reflective space in which we can reflect on your experiences and needs, whichever they may be.

Therapy is a safe space which can be used to reflect on your relationships with others, make sense of your wants, values and what brings you fulfilment. It can help develop a better understanding of past or present difficulties experienced, how they emerged, how they are maintained, as well as a way forward.
I offer psychodynamic short and long-term therapy to adults. Aspects of person-centred and cognitive-behavioural therapies may also be incorporated as needed. Sessions are tailored to your needs and aims for therapy.

Sessions can take place either face to face or online, either via zoom or telephone. Face-to-face appointments take place at my office in Central London, on Gosfield Street, near Great Portland Street and Oxford Circus tube stations. I offer sessions in English and French.
Please call or email for more information or to book a session. After contacting me, a free, remote, initial appointment is usually booked, during which we can discuss what brings you to therapy, your hopes or aims for therapy, for you to get a sense of me and to see if you would like us to work together.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
