About me
I am an Accredited CBT Therapist and EMDR Therapist . I work with adults and offer therapy for anxiety and depression, I have a particular interest in PTSD and anxiety disorders.
Whether you have a clear focus for therapy or feel overwhelmed and unsure where to begin, I can help you make sense of your difficulties at a pace that feels right for you.
I offer a warm, welcoming and collaborative approach, recognising that a trusting therapeutic relationship creates space for people to explore their experiences and move towards meaningful change.
I work with people to help them understand how their past experiences, individual circumstances and wider social and cultural context influence the way they think, feel and respond.
I work creatively with people to develop tools to support them to make changes by processing their experiences, changing patterns that are no longer helpful to them and gaining greater resilience and self-compassion. As well as CBT and EMDR I integrate several evidence-based therapies including Compassion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to provide an individual tailored approach.
I offer the flexibility of online and in-person appointments in Henley-on-Thames.
