About me
Together, we can nurture deeper self-understanding, helping you heal from past wounds and live your life more authentically. As your Counsellor I will offer you a safe space to explore any aspect that is holding you back and support you on your own unique personal journey.
I understand that taking the first steps into Counselling can be daunting, and I will offer a safe, confidential space which is caring and non-judgemental and will support you to unpack any aspects of your past or present experiences that are holding you back from living the life you want.
My role is not to impart advice or opinions but to make a commitment to listening to you without judgement in order to understand your needs and support you on your journey. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and to change and I respect how personal this can be.
I will offer you empathy, respect your dignity and help to build a therapeutic relationship where you feel safe enough to explore your life experiences, in a way that is meaningful to you. I believe that empowering growth through compassionate listening can be life-changing.
I work with people experiencing a wide range of areas that can affect mental health, including Anxiety & Depression, and have particular experience around Domestic Abuse. I can also offer support related to Personal Development and Growth, and life transitions such as relationship issues, Menopause and ADHD Diagnosis.
Counselling can be the turning point towards living the life you want and it is important that you choose a Counsellor with whom you feel comfortable. You are welcome to contact me with any questions or to talk through how we can best work together in a way that best supports you.
