I am a qualified Gestalt counsellor with an integrative approach, drawing on a range of therapeutic methods to support your unique needs. With a background in corporate management and a deep commitment to personal growth, I bring both life experience and professional skills to the therapeutic relationship.
I offer in-person sessions in both St Albans and Milton Keynes, providing a grounded and confidential space where you can explore your emotions, patterns, and experiences at your own pace. I also offer sessions online, depending on what suits you best.
I welcome and work respectfully with people from a wide range of cultural, social, theological, and economic backgrounds, and I recognise the impact that systemic inequality, marginalisation, and life circumstances can have on mental health and identity. My practice is grounded in compassion and curiosity, and shaped by each client’s unique story.
Whether you are struggling with emotional distress, relationship difficulties, or a general sense of disconnection, I will help you identify unhelpful coping mechanisms and develop healthier, more authentic ways of engaging with yourself and the world around you.
I have experience working with a range of issues including bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, abuse, childhood trauma, low self-worth and questions around gender or sexuality. I also have a particular interest in supporting adults affected by adoption and those processing the long-term effects of early boarding school experiences.
My approach is gentle yet impactful. Through compassionate exploration, we will make space for the parts of you that may have been overlooked, and work together to create new pathways toward growth, confidence, and well-being.

Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
