About me
Counselling is not about the counsellor telling you what to do - it supports you to explore your thoughts, feelings and reactions and to find answers that fit your unique situation. I use a gentle, integrative approach to explore problems, combining techniques from proven counselling methods to suit my clients' needs. I can also help clients learn simple wellbeing techniques that you can use at home or work. If you decide to, we could explore creative activities, the Enneagram personality system, or spiritual questions as part of our work together. I look forward to hearing from you.
