About me

I use a gentle, integrative approach combining techniques from proven counselling methods to suit my clients' needs. Creative activities and / or the Enneagram personality system can be used as part of therapy, if appropriate. I'm trained in spiritual accompaniment so we can also explore faith and transpersonal issues if you want to.

Counselling is not about the counsellor telling you what to do - it supports you to explore your thoughts, feelings and reactions and find answers to fit your unique situation. So, I often encourage clients to be more relaxed and present by using simple, calming, awareness techniques that you can practice at home or work.
