About me

As an accredited Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor BSc(Hons), I offer counselling sessions at my private practice room in Sutton Bridge and Kings Lynn or via Zoom and Telephone. My integrative approach means I am informed by a number of theories that I bring to our collaborative relationship. My practice is relational and I will actively engage with you and be curious to how our relating informs our work together. Feeling overwhelmed, lost, isolated and distressed? I aim to provide a safe, calm, confidential space to explore what is going on for you and together find a way to make sense of it all, to see the way through the difficulties.
