About me

I am a warm and empathetic counsellor offering a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for children, teenagers and adults. Whatever you may be facing, we can explore your experiences together at a pace that feels right for you.

As a trained pluralistic counsellor, I draw on humanistic, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches (CBT), tailoring our work to your individual needs. Together, we can develop a deeper understanding of what is happening for you and identify meaningful ways forward.

I offer both in-person and online sessions.
