About me

I’m Jo, a psychological therapist, offering therapy on Tuesdays in Altrincham and online. I have particular experience of working with individuals with life changing illnesses and cancer. I'm from a mental health nursing background with 25 years of NHS experience.

I offer a calm, non-judgemental space in which we can safely explore the issues that bring you to therapy. Together, we gain a deeper understanding of your current difficulties, the relationship you have with yourself and others, and how your past life experiences have shaped your thoughts and feelings today.

We'll map out unhelpful patterns that are keeping you stuck, and explore new ways of responding, allowing for long lasting, meaningful change, and a kinder relationship with yourself and others around you.
