About me
Autistic? ADHD? Neurodivergent? Part of the LGBTQIA+ community? Experiencing burnout, identity stress including others' biases or discrimination? or long-term anxiety?
If this feels familiar, I offer slow, steady, relational therapy where there’s no expectation to perform or present yourself in a certain way. I use an integrative approach, drawing on different therapeutic models and adapting them to your needs. My work is trauma-informed, meaning I’m mindful of how past experiences can shape how you feel and cope now, and I aim to work in a way that feels safe, steady, and not overwhelming.
I work with autistic, ADHD, and other neurodivergent clients experiencing anxiety, burnout, and the long-term impact of masking. Many people come feeling depleted or unsure of themselves after years of adapting to others.
I also offer an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients, especially trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse people, where identity doesn’t need to be explained or justified in order to be met with care.
Alongside understanding patterns and survival strategies, there is often space for grief about what it’s cost to get through life this way, and for parts of yourself that haven’t had room to exist. Counselling can also support a gentle reconnection with a more authentic sense of self, in ways that feel steady and sustainable.
People often come to explore:
• masking, overwhelm, and autistic/ADHD burnout
• anxiety that feels constant or hard to switch off
• identity and gender with affirming support
• shame, self-criticism, and internalised expectations
• difficulty recognising needs, limits, or boundaries
• grief and long-term coping patterns
• noticing and understanding behavioural patterns over time.
I offer a free 30-minute online chat so you can get a sense of how I work. Do get in touch if this resonates.
I work from a beautiful countryside location between Devizes and Calne, where we can utilise the outside space as well as offering sessions online from this space and from counselling rooms in Cheltenham.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
