About me
I offer psychotherapy and counselling for individuals and couples and groups.
I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and a trainee Transactional Analysis psychotherapist in the final stages of qualification, with a professional background in mental health nursing and foster care. My work is informed by years of supporting people through emotional distress, trauma, relationship difficulties, loss and major life transitions.
I work with a wide range of backgrounds and identities, and I value difference, curiosity and authenticity within the therapeutic relationship.
I work with
- Big life changes - new relationships, parenthood, career shifts, ageing
- Chronic or terminal illness, yours or someone else's
- Grief and loss
- Foster carers and care-experienced individuals
- Managing your own or caring for someone with neurodivergence
- Depression, anxiety, or feeling out of balance
- Wanting to explore, grow, or find more meaning
My Approach
I work within a Transactional Analysis (TA) framework and offer an empathic, relational and collaborative therapeutic relationship, where together we can explore what is brought into the space.
Please refer to my website for full details.
