About me

With over 10 years experience, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can bring whatever is on your mind. Life can be challenging, and sometimes it helps to have a space that’s just for you somewhere you can pause, explore, and begin to make sense of your experiences.

I have extensive experience working in therapeutic and supervisory roles, I bring depth, compassion, and a grounded approach to my work. This approach is guided by the belief that each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and change when given the right support.

Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, helping you gain greater self-awareness and clarity. This process can empower you to:

  • Understand yourself more deeply
  • Work through challenges that may feel overwhelming
  • Develop healthier coping strategies
  • Move towards a happier, more balanced life

Therapy is about honesty, authenticity, and connection. It’s not about quick fixes or pretending everything is fine. My role is to creating a space where you feel safe enough to be real, and supported enough to grow.

My work as a supervisor.

The role of a therapist is a deeply challenging one. We hold space for others’ pain, uncertainty, and growth, often while managing our own emotional load. Because of this, robust and safe supervisory practice is essential to safeguard both the practitioner and their clients.

I work within the BACP and NCPS ethical frameworks, grounding my approach in integrity, curiosity, and compassion. Supervision, to me, is not about judgement or hierarchy, it’s a collaborative and supportive space where you can explore your clinical work openly and reflectively. Together, we can think about what’s happening in the room, what it evokes in you, and how you can continue to grow both personally and professionally.

I aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful, and gently challenging somewhere you can bring both your confidence and your uncertainty.

I am currently completing my Level 7 Diploma in Supervision and am offering a small discount to new supervisees while in training.

If you would like to book a short call to discuss if I'm the right fit for you please reach out. I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
