How are you feeling? Let's talk...
Anxiety, depression, loss and relationship issues, or simply feeling sad and knowing something is not quite right, are some of the reasons why people seek counselling.
What to expect
The sessions are held in a relaxing room, overlooking Victoria Park. This is your time to be heard and understood.
You will experience a confidential, genuine, warm and safe space where together we can work through any emotional difficulties and issues that are preventing you from living a more fulfilled life.
Whilst counselling may seem difficult and challenging at times it can also feel rewarding and prove hugely beneficial.
Evidence suggests it is essential for you to find the right therapist and that is why I offer a free informal 30 minute consultation, either face to face or over the telephone.
This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to see if I am the right person to help you. There is no obligation as I understand this is a very personal decision.
What happens next?
