About me
Hello my name is Jeremy and I am an integrative counsellor.
I believe that counselling should be a collaborative process, where you and I work together to explore the issues you're facing and find ways to overcome them.
When we first meet, I will take the time to get to know you as a person. I want to understand your unique experiences, challenges and strengths, so that we can work together to find the best approach for you.
In our sessions, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental and safe space. I believe that everyone has the capacity to heal and grow and I am here to support you on your journey. I will listen attentively to you and help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
Together we will identify patterns that may be holding you back and work to develop new skills and strategies to manage them.
One of the things I love about being an integrative counsellor is the flexibility it allows me to draw on a range of therapeutic approaches.
Depending on your needs, we may use techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy, person-centred therapy or psychodynamic therapy, among others.
I believe that every person is unique and that there is no one size fits all approach to counselling.
Ultimately, my goal as your counsellor is to help you find greater happiness, fulfilment and purpose in your life. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues or something else entirely. I am here to support you. So if you're ready to take the first step towards a brighter future, I look forward to working with you.

I am a registered member with the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
