Jeremy Richardson - MBACP
How are you feeling? Let's talk.
Anxiety, depression, loss and relationship issues are just some of the reasons why people seek counselling.
What to expect
I provide a non judgemental, empathic environment where you can be heard and understood, allowing you the space and time to process your feelings and thoughts.
Together we can explore any emotional difficulties and issues that are preventing you from living a more fulfilled life.
Whilst counselling may seem difficult and challenging at times it can also feel rewarding and prove hugely beneficial.
Evidence suggests it is essential for you to find the right therapist and that is why I offer a free informal 30 minute consultation, either face to face or over the telephone.
This is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to see if I am the right person to help you. There is no obligation as I understand this is a very personal decision.
Call today to arrange an appointment. If I am unavailable please feel free to leave a voicemail and I will get back to you alternatively text or e-mail for a call back and more information.
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
I look forward to meeting you.
