About me
You don’t have to keep living in constant overdrive, anxious, burnt out, and disconnected from yourself. Whether you’re struggling with your Mental Health, ADHD, anxiety or challenging family dynamics, I can help you navigate this. I specialise in helping women how have grown up in dysfunctional family systems to understand and work through their family patterns at a nervous system level. Addressing abandonment, rejection and attachment wounds at the root cause, to help you create happier, healthier more secure relationships with your selves and others.
As a somatic psychotherapist and counsellor, my approach blends body-based therapy, IFS-informed exploration, and energy psychology to help you process what’s keeping you stuck. I also understand the neurodivergent experience firsthand, and I tailor our work to your unique nervous system, not a one-size-fits-all model.
If you’re ready want a safe space to talk and work through anything that is troubling you, please reach out. You Matter.

Further information
Having walked my own path of healing, I deeply understand the lasting impact of complex trauma, attachment wounds, intergenerational trauma, and navigating life with ADHD. I specialise in supporting children, teens, and adults, particularly within the neurodivergent community, who are facing PTSD, CPTSD, anxiety, grief, or other mental health challenges.
I provide a compassionate, safe space where you will be truly seen, heard, and supported. Together, we explore your experiences, calm your nervous system, and develop practical tools for emotional regulation, resilience, and reconnecting with your authentic self.
Through somatic psychotherapy, we work with your body to release stored trauma and create lasting transformation.
I also offer Equine Facilitated Psychotherapy, harnessing the intuitive, grounding presence of horses in nature to deepen self-awareness, reflection, and healing.
Whether you are navigating dysfunctional family dynamics, the ripple effects of trauma, or a late ADHD diagnosis, my aim is to help you move from survival to thriving, finding peace, balance, and a stronger connection to who you truly are.
