About me

My name is Jen and I offer individual therapy sessions in a warm, understanding, and non-judgmental environment where your wellbeing is my priority.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I can help with a range of issues including anxiety, low mood, self-esteem and confidence, menopause, intergenerational trauma, and bereavement.

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, I’m here to support you. Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, or patterns that may be holding you back, and work towards building greater self-awareness, resilience, and personal growth.

If you're considering therapy, I encourage you to get in touch for an informal chat or to book a session. I’d be happy to answer any questions you may have and help you take that next step.
