About me

You might look like you're coping on the outside, showing up for work, relationships, and responsibilities, but inside things may feel heavy.

Perhaps you find yourself overthinking conversations, second-guessing your decisions, or feeling emotionally drained. you may be struggling with anxiety, low mood, self-doubt, or relationship difficulties, and feel unsure how to move forward.

Many people come to therapy feeling confused about why they feel the way they do, only that something isn't working anymore.

Therapy offers a space where you can slow down, talk openly, and begin to make sense of what's going on beneath the surface.

I'm Jennifer, an accredited Psychological Therapist. I provide a warm, confidential, and supportive space where we can explore the challenges you're facing and work together towards meaningful change.

My approach is human-centred and evidence-based. Together we'll explore patterns in your thoughts, emotions, and experiences, helping you develop greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and new ways of coping.

Many of the people who I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who are used to managing on their own but have reached a point where they would value support and space to reflect.

If you're considering therapy, you're welcome to get in touch and arrange a brief introductory call. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your needs and how I may be able to support you.

Training, qualifications & experience

I draw on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My goal is to tailor each session to your needs, empowering you with tools to overcome difficulties and cultivate lasting change.

I specialise in helping adults who struggle with emotional dysregulation and people-pleasing behaviours, which often lead to stress, anxiety, low self-worth and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. With 10 years of experience of working in the NHS and a deep passion for supporting my clients, I understand how overwhelming these issues can be. My goal is to help you regain emotional balance, understand your patterns, and build healthier relationship with yourself and others.

If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I'd be honoured to support you. Get in touch today to schedule a consultation, and let's work together to unlock your full potential.
