About me
Welcome! I'm Jennifer, an accredited Psychological Therapist, committed to helping individuals through life's challenges by authentic, human-centered conversations and evidence-based, client-focused treatments.
I believe in the power of human connection and meaningful dialogue to foster self-awareness, build resilience, and help you reclaim your inner strength. Together, we can work towards understanding your challenges and empowering you to live a more fulfilled and balanced life.
If you are second-guessing how you feel and struggle with your relationship with yourself, then drop me an email to arrange a brief call to determine if I am the right fit for you and how I can support your journey.
Training, qualifications & experience
I draw on a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). My goal is to tailor each session to your needs, empowering you with tools to overcome difficulties and cultivate lasting change.
I specialise in helping adults who struggle with emotional dysregulation and people-pleasing behaviours, which often lead to stress, anxiety, low self-worth and difficulty setting healthy boundaries. With 10 years of experience of working in the NHS and a deep passion for supporting my clients, I understand how overwhelming these issues can be. My goal is to help you regain emotional balance, understand your patterns, and build healthier relationship with yourself and others.
If you're ready to take the first step towards healing and growth, I'd be honoured to support you. Get in touch today to schedule a consultation, and let's work together to unlock your full potential.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The BABCP is the lead organisation for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy in the UK. Membership is open to anyone with an interest in the practice, theory or development of CBT. BABCP also provides accreditation for CBT therapists. BABCP accredited members adhere to the Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics in the Practice of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies, and are willing to be scrutinised in this adherence as required.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
