I am an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist which means I am trained and qualified to use a range of different therapeutic techniques; drawing from Transpersonal, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, Person-Centered CBT. I also use mindfulness based cognitive therapy in my work; and creative tools such as, Sandplay therapy and spontaneous drawing. Through my understanding of these various approaches, I am able to identify the best collaborative  ways of working together with you.

My specialism is working with underlying issues such as, addictions, depression, trauma and childhood abandonment and neglect. I also specialise in working with co-dependency and relationship issues, low self esteem, anxiety, bereavement and loss.

I offer a safe, confidential space, and through the establishment of a trustful therapeutic relationship  we could together explore the issues that are causing you difficulty. I will support you In exploring your past formative experiences and future concerns which may be impacting  on your present day  choices and decisions, and in the way you form and maintain relationships with others.  Times of struggle and crises can often, also present real opportunities for growth and with self awareness and deeper understanding of our motives change comes naturally and spontaneously.  Therapy can be once a week or twice a week, depending on the complexity of the issues presented.

My approach is caring, non-judgemental, accepting and genuine, always holding the well being and safety of the indivudual to facilitate your autonomy.

I have broad experience working in many different therapeutic settings including:

Primary & Secondary Schools
Probation Services
