About me

Do you feel like you’re doing all the “right” things in life, but still feel like something’s missing? Maybe your life looks full and successful from the outside, yet inside, you’re wrestling with self-doubt, overwhelm and a nagging sense of disconnection - constantly comparing yourself to others, giving yourself a hard time, second-guessing your decisions, and struggling to feel confident or truly present.

You might even feel different from those around you, like you’re falling behind, and that there must be something wrong with you.

I’m Jenna and I support young women who feel stuck in cycles of self-doubt, shame, and low confidence. If you’re exhausted from constant negative thought patterns you can’t switch off, therapy can be a supportive space to gently explore what’s truly going on.

How I can help

We can often feel like a burden to others, like we have to keep it all together or put on a brave face. I’m passionate about creating a welcoming space where you don’t have to be “okay” — where we can explore your inner world without pressure or expectation.

I work with a kind and curious approach. I believe that with compassionate support, it's possible to build a more understanding and trusting relationship with yourself – one that allows you to feel more at ease, less overwhelmed, and connected to who you genuinely are.

  • Sessions are guided by what you bring
  • We’ll explore the challenges you’re facing in a way that fosters self-compassion
  • Work to find ways to manage what feels difficult
  • Build confidence and emotional resilience - at a pace that feels right for you

Next steps

If anything you've read resonates and you’d like to have an initial chat, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call – this is a no-pressure opportunity for us to meet and see if we’re a good fit.

During the call, we’ll chat about what’s bringing you to therapy, and I’ll share a bit more about how I work. It’s also a chance for you to ask any questions and get a feel for if I can support you.

Feeling ready to make the next step? Feel free to book an intro call or get in touch via email. I look forward to hearing from you.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
