About me

I am a fully qualified accredited counsellor offering integrative therapy, meaning that I offer a combination of person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy and CBT. Above all, I will give you compassion, kindness, understanding and the time and space to work out what is causing any anxiety, overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, or self-sabotage. I can help give you the insight to learn about who you really are, even if you can’t quite see it yourself.
My strength is providing a kind, warm, non-judgemental and safe place for you to talk about and explore the thoughts, feelings and behaviours that are troubling you. From there we can consider together what you need to make positive change in your life.
