About me
I offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can freely explore whatever is on your mind. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth, healing and positive change when they feel truly heard, understood and accepted.
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, depression, relationship difficulties, loss, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Counselling provides an opportunity to pause, reflect and make sense of your experiences at your own pace.
My approach is based on the core principles of Person-Centred Therapy, which means I will not tell you what to do or judge your choices. Instead, I offer empathy, authenticity and acceptance, helping you to develop greater self-awareness, confidence and resilience.
Areas I Can Support With:
Anxiety and stress
Depression and low mood
Low self-esteem and confidence
Relationship difficulties
Bereavement and loss
Life transitions and change
Workplace stress
Emotional wellbeing
Personal growth and self-discovery
What to expect?
Our sessions provide a confidential, supportive space where you can talk openly without fear of judgement. Together, we can explore what’s happening for you, identify patterns, and develop practical ways forward that feel manageable and realistic.
What next?
If you would like to see me, send me an enquiry and I will arrange a free 15 minute online session to see if we’re a good fit and to discuss how I can support you.
Where will we meet?
I have a private counselling room in Apsley, Hemel Hempstead, although I understand some people may prefer to meet online, so this option is also available.
I am an accredited member of the NCPS and am committed to maintaining their ethical standards and confidentiality in all areas of my counselling work.
