About me

I am a Counselling Psychologist with over 10 year's experience as a therapist.  I offer psychological therapy to help alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety including PTSD, OCD, Panic attacks, Phobias, Social anxiety, Body Dysmorphia Disorder and Health anxiety.

I specialise in the support of professionals who work in high stress contexts such as aid workers, journalists, security and services personnel.
I offer Clinical supervision for therapists and trainees.
My approach draws on theoretical influences from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to humanistic and Mindfulness. I bring a positive and practical approach to all the work that I do.

I offer psychological support and supervision via Skype and phone.

I have worked in mental health in the humanitarian field and in media and broadcasting as an Occupational Psychologist for many years, and bring this background to bear on my clinical work.
