About me

Hello, I’m Jayne and I’ve been a counsellor for over a decade, since 2007. I’m based in Plymouth and run my own practice where I offer face-to-face counselling. If that’s not quite right for you, I can also visit your home or offer telephone or Zoom sessions for adults.

As a private practitioner, I’ve had the chance to work with all sorts of different issues. I create a safe and private space for you to explore any personal experiences or problems that might be weighing on you.
