About me
Hello and welcome to my profile.
I'm a qualified integrative counsellor physiotherapist for adults and young people, I offer face to face, walk and talk and online sessions. I understand that taking the first step to counselling can be daunting but I will provide a warm, friendly, calm, non-judgemental, supportive and safe space, where we will work together to build a trusting relationship allowing you to explore your thoughts and feelings. I work with a varied range of clients and as an integrative counsellor I am trained to work with a range of theories and approaches to meet your individual needs. Working together we can help gain a greater insight into the difficulties you are facing, increasing your self awareness and developing a set of tools which will help you manage and resolve your difficulties, leading to a happier and more positive life.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is fundamentally important to the counselling process, therefore I offer a free 20 minute consultation to see if I'm the right counsellor for you, please see my website for further details.
