About me
Have you ever considered what possibilities could unfold if you gave yourself permission to heal and grow? What it would feel like to give yourself the care and attention you so often give to others.
I know taking the first step into therapy can feel daunting—like stepping into the unknown. It’s okay if you’re unsure where to begin or what this journey will look like. Maybe life’s challenges or difficult past experiences have left you feeling stuck, anxious, or even hopeless. You’re not alone in this.
Our early experiences often shape the way we see ourselves, others, and the world. At your own pace, we’ll gently explore how those experiences may still be influencing your life today. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you because you aren’t broken. Instead, it’s about creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported—so you can start untangling the things holding you back and reconnect with the version of yourself you’ve always wanted to be.
What I offer:
I approach therapy as a collaborative process, where you and I work together to make sense of what you’re feeling and experiencing. As a relational and integrative counsellor, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you can be truly seen and heard. Together, we’ll explore the emotions, beliefs, and patterns that shape your life, building self-awareness and resilience along the way. By understanding the connections between your past and present, you can find new ways to heal, grow, and move forward.
Who I support:
I work with adults facing a variety of challenges, including:
- Healing from childhood sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and trauma
- Navigating complicated family dynamics and conflict
- Exploring identity, culture, and faith
Working through relationship challenges
If you’re ready—or even just curious—about starting this journey, I’m here to walk alongside you. Together, we can create the space you need to heal and grow. You can book a FREE 15-minute consultation to see if we’re the right fit.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
