Training, qualifications & experience

Qualifications & Professional Experience
I am a fully accredited Psychotherapist with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP), specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

My academic and professional training includes:

First-Class BSc (Hons) Psychology

Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Psychological Therapies (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy)

I have worked within NHS Adult Mental Health Services since 2008, building extensive experience supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
