About me
Do you feel like you’ve been navigating a difficult path alone? Perhaps you’ve spent so much time managing day-to-day challenges that you’ve lost touch with who you truly are. Asking for help is often the hardest step to take—I know this because I have walked my own difficult paths, and I understand the courage it takes to reach out.
My Approach
I believe that every individual possesses an innate ability to heal and grow. My practice is deeply rooted in Person-Centred Counselling, inspired by the belief that we all have the potential for self-actualisation. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can finally quiet the external noise and listen to your true self.
I bring a unique blend of spiritual awareness and practical experience to our sessions. I don't just look at the symptoms; I am passionate about getting to the "root cause" to help you find lasting peace rather than just a temporary fix.
My Background
Before becoming a counsellor, I spent many years working in the heart of complex care. My career began supporting children and young people in EBD (Emotional Behavioural Difficulties) and PSB (Persistent Stressful Behaviours) settings, later moving into home care for those with complex and challenging needs.
These experiences taught me two vital things:
- Behind every "behaviour" is a person trying to communicate a need.
- Resilience is a powerful force, but nobody should have to be resilient alone.
Taking the Next Step
Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply yearning to understand yourself better, I am here to walk alongside you. You don’t have to find your way in the dark anymore.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
