About me
As a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of mental health experience, I work with adults and adolescents/young adults who are struggling but ready to make sense of what's going on for them. They might be living with anxiety, low mood, depression, relationship difficulties, OCD, trauma, the psychological impact of a health condition, or be navigating a difficult life transition or workplace stress.
What they have in common is a desire to understand themselves better and move forward. I help by taking the time to truly understand each person's unique experience, build a clear formulation, and use evidence-based approaches to create real, lasting change.
My approach is holistic and evidence-based. I believe good therapy starts with a thorough understanding of what's really going on for you - drawing together your history, your relationships, your thoughts, and feelings - to build a clear picture of how things have come to feel the way they do.
I aim to make therapy a collaborative process. I'll work alongside you with warmth and without judgement, and at a pace that feels right for you. Taking that first step can feel daunting - but can be the beginning of something meaningful. Whether you're ready to start or just want to ask a question, please don't hesitate to reach out.

school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.
