About me
Perhaps you're feeling depressed, anxious or are struggling with low self esteem. Maybe you've experienced a loss too much to bear. You might be facing relationship difficulties, family problems or feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Maybe you find yourself at a crossroads in your life. In moments like these, talking to someone can help.
I'm a registered and fully qualified integrative psychotherapist, working with adults and couples from a range of diverse backgrounds and am experienced in working with a range of issues including but not limited to:
Anxiety, depression and low mood, ADHD, relationship and parenting issues, anger, trauma and abuse, loss and bereavement, family issues, anger, panic attacks, work-related issues, bullying and low self-esteem, and terminal illness / end of life therapy.
Whether you are coming to therapy as an individual or with your partner, we can work together to help you move from feeling stuck to feeling empowered. I believe that everyone has the capacity to change and heal. That everyone - including you - deserves to live their best life. I am here to help you lead the life you deserve.
In our work together, you will find more than just a therapist but a genuine, caring presence dedicated to working with you for change. I provide:
- A confidential, safe space where you can fully be yourself, without fear of judgement.
- A collaborative partnership focused on your growth and well being.
- A deep, empathic understanding of your unique lived experience and challenges.
- Support in developing new insights and perspectives that facilitate change.
I know how difficult it can be to make the first move, but I welcome the opportunity to discuss how I can help you.
If you want to find out more about how I can help or answer any questions, contact me for a no obligation initial consultation.

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
