About me

Life can be unpredictable...we all, including myself, experience challenges & problems at different points in our lives.

I understand that the thought of talking about what's going on for us can feel scary, however I am also very aware that having someone truly listen to us and being able to tune into ourselves can be very liberating.

Therefore, my prime aim is to offer a warm and empathic healing environment where you feel safe to be yourself and explore what you may be finding painful or confusing in your life.

Throughout our working relationship I will fully support you to explore and process your thoughts & feelings to help you find some clearer understanding and insight.

My friendly and genuine, non-judgemental attitude will help you grow in self-confidence, assist you to find more positive steps towards self-care,  and will help you find your own path towards living a more balanced, meaningful life.

More importantly, all information disclosed will be treated with absolute confidentiality and integrity.

To help keep your mind at ease, I am a full member of COSCA,  (Counselling & Psychotherapy Scotland), and fully abide by their ethical codes and frameworks.

As a working professional I also undertake regular supervision where my practice & standards are monitored & explored in depth by another professional COSCA member

I have varied sessions available throughout the week plus some occasional weekend appointments available, and tend to tailor my time for my client's needs, so I would like to warmly encourage you to contact me if you are struggling.

You are welcome to text, call or email if you would like any further info or have any questions.

Please note that due to current Corona Virus levels, I am only currently practicing via telephone calls or online Zoom meetings.
