About me
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, lost in transition, or quietly struggling to understand yourself or your relationships, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.
I offer a warm, non-judgmental, trauma-informed space where you can feel heard and supported at your own pace. Many people I work with appear to cope well on the outside, yet feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in repeating patterns, or weighed down by shame.
I support adults experiencing emotional distress, relationship difficulties, addiction or compulsive coping, neurodivergence (including ADHD and autistic traits), and the challenges of adjusting to life in a new country. Together, we’ll work to make sense of your experiences and move towards greater clarity, resilience, and connection.
My approach is pluralistic, meaning our work is shaped collaboratively around your needs, preferences, and goals. There is no one-size-fits-all in therapy. I draw from a range of therapeutic approaches and regularly check in with you to ensure our work feels meaningful and supportive.
You don’t need a diagnosis or clear goals to begin — we can start wherever you are.
Training, qualifications & experience
I have over 8 years of experience supporting adults, adolescents/young adults in both hospital and community settings. In addition to my education, ongoing training helps me support you in the best way for you
I hold a Professional Diploma in therapeutic counselling and BSc [hon] psychology
I also have a Level 3 certificate in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy
I am also an Advanced practitioner member, the Addiction professionals registration body and Network

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
