About me
Struggling with anxiety, low mood, or the impact of trauma can feel overwhelming but you don’t have to face it alone.
I’m a BABCP accredited therapist, with over 10 years experience, specialising in CBT and EMDR, helping people understand their thoughts and emotions, process difficult experiences, and build practical strategies to feel calmer, more confident, and in control.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and tailored to your needs, creating a safe space where you can explore, reflect, and make lasting changes.
I offer therapy in a calm, modern clinic space, as well as online via video, so you can choose the setting that feels right for you.
Whether you’re seeking support for the first time or looking for new ways to cope, I’ll work with you step by step to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered.
Training, qualifications & experience
I work with evidence-based therapies including ACT, CBT, and EMDR, tailoring every session to your needs so you can feel supported, heard, and empowered.
Alongside my clinical work, I serve as Service Lead and Clinical Supervisor for an NHS mental health service, where I manage therapy provision, guide colleagues, and ensure high-quality care for clients. This leadership role has deepened my expertise in supporting people through complex challenges and creating practical, lasting strategies for wellbeing.
I support clients with:
- Anxiety, stress, and panic
- Trauma and PTSD
- OCD
- Depression and low mood
- Life transitions, grief, and self-esteem challenges
- Developing coping strategies, resilience, and lasting change
