About me

I am the lead counsellor/psychotherapist in working with adults (16 years and older) and couples in Perthshire. I work with clients who are experiencing difficulties in their lives, examples are: anxiety, bereavement, chronic health conditions, depression, low self esteem, mental health issues, gender identity, panic and relationship difficulties. I providing a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore and discuss what is happening for them. Each person is unique and experiences life in different ways, if your particular problem isn't listed here don't let this put you off contacting me, I can offer short or long term counselling/psychotherapy.

MSc Counselling (Queen Margaret University)

PG Diploma in Transactional Analysis Counselling (Physis Training)

5 years working on a one to one basis with clients coming to terms with a diagnosis of cancer
