About me
Your Story Matters — Begin Your Journey to Healing Today .
Life’s challenges can leave us feeling lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected. But you don’t have to navigate these feelings alone. As a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and a proud member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I am here to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, embrace your unique story, and discover a path toward healing and self-acceptance.
I offer compassionate, confidential counselling support tailored to your unique needs. Whether you prefer short-term or long-term therapy, delivered online or in person, I create a welcoming environment where your story is at the heart of our work together.
I have extensive experience supporting clients who have faced challenges such as trauma, neglect, abuse, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, anxiety, stress, low mood, and compulsive behaviours. My practice is inclusive, welcoming clients from all walks of life, cultural backgrounds, religious beliefs, and ethnicities, ensuring a non-judgmental space for healing and growth.
I believe that every individual has the potential for change and self-acceptance when the right conditions are provided. My approach is non-directive and non-pathologizing, focusing on understanding your unique experiences and responses to distress. In our sessions, you are in charge of your story and your journey, while I offer honest, empathetic support to guide you toward self-understanding and transformation.
Together, we’ll explore your feelings, concerns, and challenges in a confidential setting where you feel truly heard and understood. Through this process, you can move toward greater self-acceptance, self-love, and meaningful change. I am here to walk alongside you on your path to healing, providing a professional yet deeply humanistic approach to therapy.
This version incorporates t professionalism and warmth of your original description. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to refine!

Member organisations

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
