About me
Do you find yourself overthinking, catastrophising, or trapped in your own head? Do you often feel “not good enough,” even when you’re doing your absolute best?
If you are tired of coping alone and want a safer, more compassionate relationship with yourself, you are in the right place.
I provide a warm, collaborative, and entirely online therapy space for adults across the UK. Together, we will balance deep self-understanding with practical, real-time tools to help you manage anxiety, interrupt harsh self-criticism, and find your footing today.
How We Will Work Together
Therapy with me is not about "fixing" you. It is about creating a safe, respectful space to understand why you feel the way you do. My approach is integrative and tailored entirely to you. We will work together at your pace to:
- Explore the root causes: Look at how early relationships and life experiences shape your boundaries, self-worth, and adult relationships today.
- Equip you for daily life: Integrate evidence-based CBT techniques and psychoeducation so you can actively calm your nervous system and handle intrusive thoughts.
- Build emotional resilience: Gently challenge old patterns, unlearn deep-seated shame, and develop genuine self-trust.
Areas I Focus On
I work exclusively online with clients across the UK. While we can explore a wide range of life challenges, the core themes of my practice include:
- Anxiety & Overthinking: Understanding catastrophising and using CBT/psychoeducation tools to ground your nervous system.
- Self-Worth & Shame: Working through a persistent sense of “not being good enough” and unlearning harsh self-criticism. Building self-esteem and self-trust.
- Relational Patterns: Exploring attachment difficulties, relational anxiety, and how past family dynamics affect you today. Supporting recovery from difficult or abusive relationships and family dynamics.
- Self-Sabotage & Change: Navigating life transitions, understanding repetitive patterns, and building a kinder relationship with yourself.
Other areas include:
- Navigating life transitions, identity shifts, and periods of change
- Developing emotional awareness and learning to work with your emotions rather than against them
- Strengthening resilience and finding steadier ways of coping during difficult times
- Difficulties with comparison, self-worth, and the impact of social media
Training, qualifications & experience
I have a L4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling, and am currently completing my post-qualifying L5 Dip in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I have been working with clients for 2.5 years.
Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I offer a free 20-minute consultation over the phone/video before we begin therapy. This is a chance for us to connect in a relaxed, informal way so I can get to know you and understand what you hope to gain from therapy.
During this time, you can:
• Share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy
• Ask any questions you might have about how I work or what therapy will be like
• Get a sense of how it feels to work with me
We can also explore together how we might work most effectively to help you get the support you need. My aim is to create a warm, compassionate space even in this first conversation, so you feel seen, heard, and safe before committing to ongoing sessions.
