About me
You might be struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, or a sense of not being fully understood by others or by yourself.I work with neurodivergent and neurotypical adults, including people with ADHD, offering a space to explore these experiences in the context of identity, relationships, and wider life experiences. Many people I work with describe feeling different, confused, tired, or struggling with focus, motivation, or organisation.
For some, these experiences connect to neurodivergence, including ADHD; for others, they relate more to life history, identity, or the social and cultural contexts they’ve had to navigate. You’re welcome, whether you already have a diagnosis, are questioning, or don’t use diagnostic language at all , there’s no requirement to arrive with labels here.
Who I work with:
I work with adults who are thoughtful, creative, and reflective ,people from a wide range of backgrounds, including creative, academic, corporate, healthcare, and entrepreneurial roles, as well as out-of-the-box thinkers who don’t always fit neatly into expected paths or categories. Many have experienced periods of success or momentum in the past, alongside times where things have felt harder to sustain or make sense of.
I often work with people who:
- feel out of sync with expectations or conventional ideas of success
- notice fluctuations in capacity, focus, or motivation
- have learnt to mask, adapt, or push themselves at a cost
- feel misunderstood in relationships or work
- want something to shift, even if they’re not yet sure what that looks like
Some people come clearly identifying as neurodivergent or ADHD; others are still exploring this, or don’t strongly identify with these terms at all. Creativity here isn’t about job titles , many people are creative in how they think, problem-solve, and relate, even if their work looks conventional on the outside.
Neurodivergent- and ADHD-affirming therapy
My work is neurodivergent-affirming, including for people with ADHD. I don’t approach neurodivergence as something that needs to be corrected or force people into neurotypical ways of functioning. Instead, we look at how your mind works, what it has been responding to, and what genuinely supports you.
How I work
I work in a relational, collaborative, and flexible way. I don’t see therapy as something done to you, or me as an expert with answers. We work alongside one another, paying attention to what feels helpful and adjusting as we go. You have autonomy in shaping the focus of our work, and we’ll regularly check in about what you want from therapy and how it’s feeling.
Sometimes our work may involve exploring emotional patterns, identity, relationships, or past experiences and their impact on your life. At other times, sessions may focus more on regulation or developing practical tools, while also paying attention to your relationship with yourself and others. We can move between these ways of working rather than being fixed in one approach.
I offer both short-term, solutions-focused work and open-ended, longer-term therapy that allows for deeper exploration. My approach is integrative and tailored to you, with a confidential, safe, and supportive space as the foundation of our work together.
Alongside my professional training, I also have lived experience of ADHD, which informs how I work. I don’t assume shared experience, but I am mindful of how much energy can go into masking or explaining yourself in a world largely designed around neurotypical expectations.
I value authenticity and humility in the work we do together. My aim is to offer a non-judgemental space where you can speak freely, think aloud, and make sense of your experience at your own pace.
When therapy hasn’t felt right before
Some people come to me after feeling judged, misunderstood, or blamed in previous therapy, particularly around productivity, motivation, or emotional expression. For some, therapy stopped feeling like a safe place to go.
I use a neurodivergent-affirming lens, informed by the social model of disability. This means I’m interested in how distress is shaped by environments, expectations, and systems , not just by individuals. Difference is not treated as a problem to be fixed, but as part of human diversity. My aim is to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and understood.
Context, identity, and difference
I am aware how wider systems and experiences of power, including race, class, gender, disability, and neurodivergence, shape emotional life and distress. I don’t see difficulties as existing in isolation from social, cultural, or relational contexts.
I celebrate diversity in all its forms and have a wide experience of working with people from different cultural backgrounds. Difference is welcomed and respected here, rather than treated as something that needs to be explained or corrected.
Next Steps
I work in South East London and London Bridge / Central London, and also offer online therapy. I regularly work online with people based in East London and across the UK.
I offer a free 15–20 minute initial consultation call. This gives us both a chance to get a sense of whether working together feels right. There’s no obligation — it’s simply an opportunity to talk a little about what’s bringing you here and what you’re hoping for.
I tend to work best with people who feel ready to engage in the process and are open to reflection and change, even if things feel uncertain or difficult right now.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Further information
I came to this profession through experiencing the value of therapy and the change it can bring. Many years ago, through my own therapy and then my training, I just loved the experience and what new worlds it can unfold. The support and awareness was invaluable. It was the best journey I took towards myself. I always wanted to empower others and could not resist training in that. I am curious by nature and have degrees in industrial management and design, but empowering others creates meaning. It is the greatest privilege to be invited into people's worlds and create meaningful changes together.
Therapy at its best is not about being fixed. Because even though you might not feel it, you are perfect and complete. This is a space that is genuinely yours, where you can be confused, contradictory, funny, angry, lost, or all of those at once. A place where you don't have to perform or arrive with the right words. You are welcome here exactly as you are.
"From awareness comes choice, from awareness comes integrity, and from awareness comes deep and loving responsibility to keep choosing the path that leads to your most authentic origins. Begin to love yourself so much that all you are living aligns and reflects that love. This, you deserve." Sarah Blondin
