About me

Are you feeling lost, heavy with self-doubt, or caught in patterns that just don’t shift?
You don’t have to walk this path alone.

I’m Hailey (she/her), an integrative therapist and space-holder for adults (18+). I work with those navigating anxiety, low self-worth, depression, stress, and the deep questions of identity. If you’re exhausted from overthinking, unsure of who you are, or frustrated that nothing ever seems to change, know that you’re not broken, and there is another way.

In our sessions, I weave together different approaches, person-centred therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and more, choosing what truly fits you. Think of it as a blend of grounded psychology and intuitive insight, tailored to help you find balance, clarity, and a kinder relationship with yourself.

Together, we’ll gently explore what lies beneath the surface, untangle emotional patterns, and discover new ways to respond that feel more aligned and empowering. This is your space, safe, supportive, and without judgment. You set the pace.

If this resonates, I invite you to reach out. I offer a free 20-minute phone or video consultation so you can get a feel for working together.

Training, qualifications & experience

Qualification:

  • Registered member of National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS)
  • MSc in Counselling (Bangor University)
  • BSc in Psychological (Bangor University)

My experience includes:

I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences at their own pace. I believe that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when they feel genuinely heard and understood.

I have experience supporting adults from diverse backgrounds, both in-person and online, with a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, life transitions, grief, and emotional difficulties. I understand that everyone's experiences are unique, and I tailor my approach to meet each client's individual needs and goals.

My practice is informed by my counselling training and my experience working with people from different cultures and walks of life. I value creating a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, empathy, and respect, where clients feel safe to explore whatever is important to them.

Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, struggling with a specific issue, or simply looking for a space to better understand yourself, I am here to support you. Together, we can work towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful, lasting change.

My approach:

I believe there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, because each person’s story and needs are unique. As an integrative counsellor, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches - including person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based therapies, so we can tailor each session to what feels most helpful for you.

Further information

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from many different cultures, life stages, and walks of life. Each story has deepened my understanding and shaped the way I hold space in therapy.

I work with adults moving through anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, identity questions, and major life transitions. For students and young adults, I offer short-term, focused support around academic stress, cross-cultural transitions, and the struggles of finding your place in the world.

With a sensitivity to language and culture, I provide therapy that honours your unique background and lived experience. Sessions can be held in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin, so you can express yourself in the language that feels most natural and true.
