About me

My approach is very much client driven, recognising the value and uniqueness of each individual. I believe that a collaborative approach, delivered in a safe, nurturing, non-judgemental environment is the best way to address the needs of the client.

I offer integrative counselling, which draws from different approaches, primarily person-centred, but also taking influence from cognitive behavioural and psychodynamic modalities.

I provide support to adults and young people with a range of presenting issues, including, but not limited to:

  • stress
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • loneliness
  • bereavement
  • managing loss
  • low self-esteem
  • confidence issues
  • managing change
  • life transitions
