About me
My approach is very much client driven, recognising the value and uniqueness of each individual. I believe that a collaborative approach, delivered in a safe, nurturing, non-judgemental environment is the best way to address the needs of the client.

I provide support to adults and young people with a range of presenting issues, including, but not limited to:
- stress
- anxiety
- depression

- bereavement
- managing loss
- low self-esteem
- confidence issues
