Fullstop Therapy offers a therapy, counselling, EMDR and therapeutic coaching service in Dorset and central London. Specialising in anxiety, stress, PTSD, trauma, fear, panic disorders, and depression. Helen is experienced in helping people develop a healthier, and fuller understanding of themselves, and their relationships to others. Sometimes this will entail looking at their belief systems and behaviours and often involve finding their own power and sense of self. She then helps them to make any changes they feel are important to them and supports them through the process of change.
She also offers EMDR (Eye Movement, Desensitisation and Reprocessing) as an effective method for safely releasing traumatic memories and NLP for helping to change beliefs and thought patterns and behaviours.
The work can be of a set and short duration, or deeper on-going therapy, dependent upon what the client thinks will work best for them. Helen works in an empathic, confidentiality and non-judgemental way that allows her clients to feel safe and welcomed.
Sessions are available in Gillingham, Sherborne and Milborne Port, Dorset and Central London EC2.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy
BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.
Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.
All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
