About me
Create space for change—what might open up if you did?. You're successful, capable, and others often turn to you for support. You may hold a leadership role, run your own business, or be trusted in a caring profession. But under the surface, you're carrying a hidden weight—stress, burnout, anxiety, or the lasting impact of earlier life experiences. You give your energy to everyone else, yet your own needs remain unspoken, unmet, or pushed aside. Relationships might feel strained, your confidence shaken, or you’re simply not feeling like yourself.
Therapy offers you something different—a private space to pause, reflect, and reconnect. It’s where you begin to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and create the kind of change that lasts.
I offer both individual therapy and a 12-week group therapy programme in Tunbridge Wells. Whether you're navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, trauma, or identity shifts, we will work together to make sense of your experience and reconnect you with your inner resources.
My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. I use Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transactional Analysis (TA), mindfulness practices, and CBT techniques where helpful. Our work will focus on deepening your self-awareness, healing emotional wounds, and building the confidence to show up in your life with clarity and ease.
"All you need is already within you. Only you must approach yourself with reverence and love." – Nisargadatta Maharaj
You’ll experience me as someone walking alongside you. I’ll be curious, gently challenging, and committed to helping you hear the parts of yourself that may have long gone unnoticed. I believe therapy is not about fixing you—it's about helping you remember who you truly are. Therapy is a path of discovery—and together, we’ll explore the terrain of your inner world with compassion and honesty.
I bring warmth, depth, and realness to our work. I'm not just here to listen—I’m here to help you see the patterns, make new choices, and feel empowered in your own growth. With experience supporting clients from high-pressure fields and complex personal histories, I offer a space where all parts of you are welcome.
I provide:
In-person therapy in Tunbridge Wells
Online therapy for London clients via Zoom (until face-to-face sessions resume)
Individual sessions from £65
12-week therapy group: £55 per 90-minute session
Free 30-minute consultation to explore what you need and whether we’re a good fit
Group Therapy
Beyond the 9-5: Wellness for Tunbridge Wells Professionals This is a therapy group for people feeling the emotional weight of work, success, and personal expectations. If you're tired of managing stress alone, this space is for connection, shared understanding, and transformation. Together we’ll explore the emotional toll of professional life and help you find balance, confidence, and clarity.
Support for Local Businesses: EAP Services for SMEs Alongside individual and group therapy, I offer a tailored Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) service for small and medium-sized businesses in Tunbridge Wells. This includes confidential counselling for staff, mental health workshops, and wellbeing consultations. If you're a business owner or HR manager looking to support your team, I’d be happy to discuss how I can help.
If you’re ready to invest in your wellbeing and build a more balanced, authentic life—I’d love to hear from you.
