Heidi Mellonie MBACP Dip Counselling
As a Person Centred counsellor I hope to offer you confidential space and time to explore your thoughts and feelings without rush or judgement.
My experience as a therapist has been varied and encompasses several years of experience working with the charities Rape Crisis and Mind. I have significant experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual abuse and have additionally worked with clients who have brought a variety of concerns including relationship problems, anxiety and depression. In every session I will work with the person you are now and provide a supportive environment where you have space and time to look at what is going on for you and make the decisions that are best for you.
Sessions are available in central Bedford on selected days and evenings during the week. Please feel free to telephone or email in order to discuss your aims for counselling and to arrange a convenient appointment.
