About me
Sometimes people come to therapy with a clear understanding of what they want to work on. Others arrive with a sense that something isn't quite right, feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected or carrying more than they can manage alone.
I work with people navigating stress, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties and life transitions. Many of the people I support are thoughtful, caring and capable, yet find themselves caught in patterns of overthinking, self-criticism, people-pleasing or carrying too much responsibility for too long.
Therapy with me is collaborative, relational and paced around you. There’s no pressure to perform, have the right words, or arrive with everything figured out. My aim is to offer a space where you can slow down, explore what’s happening beneath the surface and feel supported in doing so.
My approach is person-centred and integrative, drawing from parts-based and IFS-informed work, somatic approaches, inner child work and breathwork. I’m particularly interested in the connection between mind and body, and how understanding our thoughts, emotions, physical responses and past experiences together can support lasting change.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and experienced my own period of burnout. That experience continues to shape how I work today, giving me an appreciation for how easy it can be to appear fine on the outside while carrying a great deal internally.
I am a qualified Integrative Therapist and Therapeutic Breathwork Practitioner, accredited through the NCPS and CPCAB. Alongside private practice, I also work with Pegasus Men’s Wellbeing CIC and Harmonia Women’s Wellbeing CIC.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. If you're curious about working together, you're very welcome to get in touch. You don't have to hold it all on your own.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am a Qualified Integrative Therapist (NCPS Level 4 Eqv) and Therapeutic Breathwork Practitioner (CPCAB), with additional training in Rebirthing Breathwork with the AIR School of Breathwork and L2 Certificate in Group Facilitation.

Further information
My approach is person-centred and integrative, meaning I adapt therapy around you rather than following a fixed method. Alongside talking therapy, I may draw on parts-based, body-aware and breathwork approaches where helpful, supporting you to develop greater self-awareness, self-compassion and confidence. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you.
