About me
In the shifting tides of life, it’s natural to feel lost, overwhelmed, or simply worn out. As a therapist, I offer myself as a safe harbour, a steady, compassionate presence where you can pause, reflect, and be met exactly as you are.
You don’t need to have answers or a clear goal. Together, we create a space where you can explore whatever arises, in your own time and in your own way. You lead the direction, I'm here to walk alongside you with warmth, care, and curiosity.
As an integrative therapist, I draw from person-centred, psychodynamic, CBT, and Gestalt approaches, adapting our work to suit you. Underpinning everything is a belief in real human connection. Whether you bring silence, stories, tears or laughter, there’s room for all of it.
Training, qualifications & experience
Across my client work to date, I have experience helping clients facing:
- Grief and loss
- Anxiety and depression
- Low self-esteem
- Chronic and terminal illness
- Childhood trauma
- Relationship and family issues
- Work-related stress
- Anger, guilt and shame
My core training includes a Level 5 Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling, an MSc in Neuropsychology, and a BSc in Psychology. I care deeply about offering thoughtful, informed support, so I regularly take part in continuing professional development to keep my knowledge fresh and my practice responsive to the people I work with.
