About me
About Me
In the shifting tides of life, it’s natural to feel lost, overwhelmed, or simply worn out. As a qualified therapist, I offer myself as a safe harbour, a steady, compassionate presence where you can pause, reflect, and be met exactly as you are. I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, and I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where you can feel heard, understood, and respected.
How I Work
You don’t need to have answers or a clear goal. Together, we create a space where you can explore whatever arises, in your own time and in your own way. I believe that every person’s experiences are unique, so I work collaboratively with you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at a pace that feels comfortable.
Areas I Support
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship challenges, bereavement, and issues around self-esteem. You may be facing a specific challenge or simply looking for space to talk and reflect.
Our Aim
Our aim is to help you develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence. Together, we can work towards greater clarity, emotional well-being, and positive change that feels right for you.
What you can expect
Let's start with a short, free-of-charge call. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for what it is like talking with me. After that, we can coordinate our first session, which could be in-person, virtual, or walking. All sessions will start with a check-in and end with a checkout. In between, you introduce whatever you would like to. We don't always get the chance to give the microphone to our thoughts, feelings, and experiences, but this is a safe and supportive space for you to do so.
