About me

Hello, my name is Hannah, and I am a BACP-registered person-centred counsellor offering online therapy across the UK.

Do you often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or like you’re carrying too much?
Are you struggling to switch off or find peace of mind while putting on a brave face?

If you’ve found yourself answering “yes,” you’re not alone.

I support adults (18+) with:

* Anxiety
* Stress and overwhelm
* Feeling stuck
* Low mood
* Life challenges and transitions

I provide a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels important to you. I work at your pace, helping you build clarity, resilience, and a greater sense of wellbeing.

I offer online counselling via Zoom, with short-term, long-term, or open-ended therapy depending on your needs and budget. I also offer a free 15-minute introductory call.

As a person-centred counsellor, I focus on your individual experiences and perspective. I will work alongside you, supporting your exploration in a way that feels comfortable and right for you.

I am a fully qualified, insured, and clinically supervised member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), and I work to a strict code of ethics and confidentiality.

Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial call.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Further information

What you can expect:

I offer a complimentary 15 minute introductory session, either by phone call or Zoom. This is to discuss what you would like to gain from counselling, and it’s a chance for you to decide whether I feel like the right fit for you. I will also gather some further information about you, as well as explain in more detail the way in which I work.

I will then give you some time to decide if you would like to work with me, and you can contact me to book a full 50-minute session.

I offer counselling via Zoom, which is convenient and flexible for busy lives.

If you'd like to have an informal chat, book an introductory session, or get some more information, click the 'email me' button above to get in touch. I would be delighted to hear from you.
