About me

I am an Accredited Integrative Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, offering one-to-one therapy online to adults and young adults throughout the UK.

You may be experiencing anxiety, overthinking, negative thoughts, low mood, panic, feeling overwhelmed or stuck, relationship difficulties, or finding that something from your past is affecting you in the present. You don't necessarily need to know what's wrong or which type of therapy you need before you contact me. We can explore that together.

As an integrative therapist, I don't believe you should have to fit yourself into one particular approach. I integrate Person-Centred Therapy, CBT and Attachment Theory, alongside mindfulness and clinical hypnotherapy where appropriate, tailoring our work to you as an individual.

Some people need space simply to talk and be heard; others want to explore more deeply rooted patterns and experiences. Both are equally valid.

For me, the therapeutic relationship is central. Qualifications matter, but so does feeling that we connect and that I am the right therapist for you. My role is to walk alongside you and support you as we explore what you're carrying, so that you don't have to feel quite so alone with it.

Further information

Babb'l Hubb is a division of my private practice, offering online therapeutic groups for specific needs and shared experiences.

I developed Babb'l Hubb to provide an additional way of accessing therapeutic support, particularly for people who may value the connection and shared experience of working within a group.

Groups are focused around particular themes and are facilitated in a supportive, confidential and respectful environment.

If you are looking for one-to-one psychotherapy, please use the contact or introductory call options on this profile. My individual therapy is offered online and is separate from the group therapy provided through Babb'l Hubb.
